Member of Hamas’s political bureau Khalil al-Hayya has affirmed that the Egyptian-brokered understandings with the Israeli side over the Gaza Strip cannot divert the resistance from its struggle against the occupation

In remarks to al-Aqsa satellite channel on Wednesday, Hayya said there were no political prices for the understandings with the Israeli side, adding that there was a deal to freeze the harsh means used by Palestinian protesters in the March of Return rallies in exchange for alleviating the blockade on Gaza.

The Hamas official asserted that his Movement highlighted the issues of prisoners and the Aqsa Mosque during its talks with Egyptian mediators and stressed that any understandings reached with the Israeli side over Gaza cannot stop the resistance from defending its national cause.
