IOF kidnaps 11 Palestinians in overnight raids
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Tuesday arrested a number of Palestinian citizens during home raid campaigns in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
Local sources said that the IOF abducted 11 Palestinians in Jenin, Nablus, al-Khalil, Bethlehem and Jerusalem.
In al-Khalil, local residents reported, the IOF closed the entrance of al-Arroub refugee camp and blocked the movement of Palestinian citizens and vehicles.
In the neighboring area of Bab al-Zawiya, the IOF stormed several Palestinian homes, wreaked havoc on them and assaulted their residents.
In Jerusalem, the IOF stopped an ex-detainee at a checkpoint near Beit Daqqu village and violently beat him before he was handcuffed and transferred to an undeclared destination.
Meanwhile in Silwan, the IOF handed a number of Palestinian youths orders to appear before the Israel Intelligence Service for interrogation this week.
