The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Tuesday morning demolished a large water collection tank belonging to a Palestinian businessman in Tubas plains in the north of the West Bank.

Local farmers told a reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Israeli soldiers destroyed a large tank used to distribute irrigation water to hundreds of dunums of their agricultural land in the area.

The IOF had recently destroyed many agricultural structures, including wells and tanks, in Tubas in the context of a raging war for water in the Jordan Valley.
