Over anti-coronavirus disinfection campaign

Israeli occupation police on Monday evening arrested eight Palestinian youths who were volunteering to sterilize some facilities in Jerusalem City as a precaution against the spread of coronavirus (covid19).

The Prisoners Media Office said eight Jerusalemite youths were arrested by the Israeli police while disinfecting streets, neighborhoods and other facilities in their city to help curb the coronavirus outbreak in the Palestinian territories.

The detainees are Jad al-Ghoul, Husam al-Abbasi, Tareq al-Abbasi, Kamel Sharaf, Mahmoud Abu Gharbiya, Basel Ghuneim, Areen al-Za'anin and Barakat al-Za'tari.
