Israeli court orders conditional release of Jerusalemite and his sons
An Israeli court on Monday decided to order the conditional release of a Jerusalemite citizen and his three sons a few days after they were kidnaped by police forces from their home in the occupied holy city.
According to local sources, the court ordered the release of Mansour Abu Gharbiya and his three young sons on condition that each one pay a penalty of 1,000 shekels and be under house arrest until June 29.
Israeli police forces stormed the house of Abu Gharbiya last Thursday in as-Suwannah neighborhood and brutalized him and his sons as they were hauling them all the way from their home to a detention center in the holy city.
