Scores of Palestinian citizens were arrested and injured at dawn Wednesday when the Israeli occupation forces raided several areas in the West Bank

Local sources said that the Israeli forces arrested 14 Palestinian citizens in different towns and villages in the West Bank.

Violent clashes broke out between Israeli forces and Palestinian citizens in Beit Ummar town in al-Khalil.

According to local residents, the Israeli forces heavily fired tear gas canisters, stun grenades and rubber-coated metal bullets. Dozens of Palestinian citizen choked on tear gas.

Meanwhile in Jerusalem, Israeli police forces in large numbers raided al-Isawiya town and randomly fired rubber-coated metal bullets and stun grenades at the Palestinian residents inuring a number of them.
