PCPA asks Saudi authorities to free Palestinian and Jordanian figures
The General Secretariat of the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad (PCPA) has appealed to the Saudi authorities to release Palestinian and Jordanian personages in the Kingdom’s jails and halt all judicial proceedings against them.
In a press release, the PCPA General Secretariat called for releasing its senior member Mohamed al-Khudari and members of the PCPA General Committee Hani al-Khudari (doctor), Ameen al-Assar (engineer) and Abdul-Rahman Farhanah (journalist).
The General Secretariat expressed hope that its appeal would receive a positive response from the Saudi authorities, warning that detention facilities could be ripe for mass infections and casualties in light of the spread of coronavirus.
It also hoped that the Saudi authorities would respond to previous Palestinians pleas for releasing all Palestinian and Jordanian detainees.
