Sheikh Khatib calls for confronting settlers’ break-ins at Aqsa Mosque
We are confident that the Jerusalemite people will never give up this honor
Sheikh Kamal al-Khatib, former deputy head of the Islamic Movement, has urged the Palestinian people in the occupied territories for confronting intended massive break-ins by Jewish settlers at the Aqsa Mosque during the current month.
In press remarks on Monday, Sheikh Khatib said the Palestinian people, especially those living in Occupied Jerusalem and the 1948 occupied lands, always had the honor of protecting the Aqsa Mosque, and hailed their quick response to calls for defending the Mosque.
''We are confident that the Jerusalemite people will never give up this honor and will remain loyal to the Mosque and the vanguard that defends it,” he said.
