Arresting member of the Palestinian Legislative Council Nizar Ramadan and holding former minister Issa al-Jabari captive by the Israeli occupation comes as part of its ongoing attempts to disrupt the internal Palestinian political process by emptying the Palestinian arena of Palestinian politicians and prominent figures.

We stress that arrest campaigns will not dissuade us from directing the Palestinian national compass towards facing off Israeli schemes, embracing the option of inclusive resistance, and bolstering joint national work.

Fighting off the annexation plan that the Israeli occupation government is trying to implement to abolish the Palestinian cause requires an immediate, collective action by all Palestinian factions and segments, as well as setting practical plans and programs to face off this move in the field.
