Contracting coronavirus by a Palestinian citizen held in Israeli jails Kamal Abu Wa’a, who also has cancer, reflects the medical negligence policy exercised by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian prisoners.

We do confirm that deliberate medical negligence is a violation of international law and an example of the Israeli ‘bullying’ against all humanitarian norms.

Hamas confirms that the issue of the Palestinian prisoners and their freedom is on top of Hamas' agenda. Israeli criminal acts will not dissuade us from endeavouring to free the Palestinians detained in the Israeli jails.
