Three Palestinians, including journalist, kidnaped by IOF in West Bank

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Wednesday kidnaped three Palestinians, including a journalist, after raiding their homes in different West Bank areas.

According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped journalist Alaa al-Rimawi from his home in al-Bireh City.

The journalist’s family said that the IOF ransacked his home and confiscated Rimawi’s cellphone and laptop before rounding him up.

The family added that Rimwai told its members as he was being taken away that he would go on hunger strike in protest at his detention.

Rimwai, an ex-detainee, works as a specialist in Israeli affairs and a reporter for several foreign and local media outlets.

In al-Khalil, the IOF kidnaped two citizens during campaigns in the city and Yatta town. They were identified as Nidhal al-Qawasmi and Mohamed al-Jabour.
