Violent clashes erupt in Ramallah village
Several Palestinian citizens suffered from their exposure to tear gas during clashes between local youths and the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in the village of Deir Abu Misha’al on Friday.
Local sources reported that the occupation soldiers stormed the village, and fired rubber-coated metal bullets, teargas and stun grenades towards the citizens and homes and added that a number of citizens suffered teargas suffocation.
Since the Deir Abu Misha’al village is under constant attack by IOF and settlers especially the Jabal Rashnaya area, a group of volunteers launched the initiative of paving the road to rebuild it and protect it from the occupation's confiscation attempts.
IOF soldiers have been systematically raiding Deir Abu Misha’al, arresting dozens of Palestinians, and holding the bodies of three martyrs and refusing to hand them over.
